** CHRISTMAS/HOLIDAY DINNER PARTY: December 12th at E.B. Flatts in East Brookfield (245 W. Main Street). Dinner is at 6:30, preceded by Social Hour at 5:30 with a delicious selection of appetizers and a cash bar. Details (menu selections, etc.) were in the invite which was mailed to all members the first week in November the deadline (Nov. 30) has passed.
If you did not receive an invite or if you have questions, please contact Mary Hollingsworth at (508) 885-5870 or firstname.lastname@example.org. If you mailed your form at the last minute, please contact Mary to let her know your entree choices so they can be included in the final count, since mail can be delayed.
PHOTO GROUP MEETING: January meeting, Tuesday, January 2nd at 7PM at the Studio. January Photo Coordinator Margaret Emerson is developing a program and will be contacting the photo group with details. MAG will also send out a reminder.
ARTIST GROUP MEETING: January meeting Tuesday, January 9th at 7PM at the Studio. Deborah Kirk will lead “Zooming In". In this challenging exercise, you will use a homemade viewfinder to “zoom in" on a small area of a photo or magazine clipping and then draw or paint just the zoomed in section. Bring an image and your drawing or painting supplies.

Every Wednesday morning throughout the year, from 9:30-Noon the studio is open to all members who wish to participate in open painting/drawing sessions
CONGRATULATIONS: Veronica Furst was recently notified that she is now a signature member of the Pastel Society of New Jersey, due to her acceptance into 3 juried shows within a 5-year period.
CONGRATULATIONS: Deborah Kirk, who’s landscape of an historic tree which used to be located in Princeton is included in Len Haug’s recently published book – “The Scenes and Seasons of a Small New England Village".
